People v D.D. Orange County Superior Court Westminster
Client charged with cultivation and possession for sale of 176 marijuana plants with a state prison prior conviction enhancement. After prosecutor reviewed Mr. Friedman's 35-page motion to suppress, she agreed to dismiss both felony charges and allowed the client to plead guilty to one misdemeanor count of simple possession of marijuana with no fine and no jail time.
People v G.G. Superior Court (Fullerton)
Client charged with five felony counts related to marijuana sales at 4000-member dispensary. (Health and Safety Code Sections 11359, 11360(a), and 11370.9(a)) All charges dismissed. Court found that client was operating dispensary in conformance with state law.

Client charged with possession for sale and transportation of more than one hundred pounds of marijuana. (Health and Safety Code Sections 11359 11360.) Case dismissed after informant motion was granted.
